Three uses and Adjustment
Before using the detector, you should check whether it is firmly fixed. The working environment should be clean. The detector, especially the joint where the injector is clamped, should be wiped clean and then add light diesel oil that has settled for more than an hour. It is strictly forbidden to use unqualified diesel oil.
Opening pressure test of the fuel injector assembly
Place the tee in the middle of the bracket, turn the screw on the bracket, and screw on the high-pressure oil pipe. Fix the fuel injector assembly, check the sealing of the installation, and then press the pressure lever. Inject oil into the pump and look at the pressure gauge. The highest value indicated by the needle is the opening pressure of the injector. For fixed injectors with unusable brackets, unscrew the screw plug on the right side and secure the injector assembly. test. If the opening pressure exceeds the specified pressure range, the pressure regulating spring of the injector should be adjusted until it meets the requirements.
Injection angle of the injector assembly. After the opening pressure of the injector is adjusted, the injection angle test can be carried out. Place a piece of white paper or a piece of wire cloth coated with butter at a distance below the injector assembly, and then pump the oil several times until a clear line can be seen on the paper. When the fuel injection circle or wire cloth is punched into an empty circle, measure the distance from the injector assembly port to the wire cloth (or white paper) and the diameter of the circle to calculate the spray angle of the fuel injector according to the following formula.
Atomization test
Press the pressure lever to make the injector inject fuel. Observe the atomization condition of the injector assembly. The spray oil particles should be small and uniform, with no oil flow visible to the naked eye. After the injection is completed, spray There are no oil droplets left or dripping from the oiler.
Four Maintenance
The test oil must be light diesel oil that has been sunk for several hours or the test oil should be filtered with silk cloth when refueling.
Wipe clean before use and put on a protective cover after use.
When turning the screw to fix the injector assembly, do not use too much force to avoid burning the wire.
The pressure gauge should be inspected and calibrated regularly (half a year).
Do not press the pressure lever before adding oil to avoid damaging the plunger.
