The working principle of the cyclone desander

is based on the solid particles in the fluid removing sand. It is a new type of separation equipment that is made based on the screening principle when the device rotates and is combined with filtration measures. When the water flow enters the equipment tangentially from the water inlet of the sand removal filter under a certain pressure, it will produce a strong rotation. Due to the different densities of sand and water, under the action of centrifugal force, centripetal force, buoyancy and fluid drag, the density will change. The low water rises and is discharged from the outlet. High-density sand is discharged from the sewage outlet at the bottom of the equipment, and individual tiny particles that float together along the water flow are separated by the second-stage filter device to achieve the purpose of sand removal.
