When the filter is in normal operation, the steering valve is opened and the blowdown valve is closed. The water flow enters the filter from the inlet, passes through the outside of the filter barrel, and enters the pipeline system from the outlet. During normal flushing and sewage discharge, quickly open the sewage valve, and the pressure in the filter shell will drop, causing the filter cartridge to vibrate. As the filter cartridge vibrates, the impurities in the filter cartridge will be shaken off, and the impurities in the filter cartridge will be discharged from the sewage outlet with the water.
When the steering valve is closed and the drain valve is opened, the water flow has to enter the outside of the filter tube from the inside of the filter tube. Most of the water flow enters the pipeline system from the outlet, and a small part of the water flow collects impurities from inside and outside the filter tube. With the filter inside, the filter cartridge is backwashed to achieve the purpose of cleaning the filter cartridge. Impurities and dirt are discharged from the sewage outlet. This is backwashing.
Features and Installation
When the steering handle is consistent with the axis of the filter, the steering valve is in a fully open state. When the steering valve is perpendicular to the axis of the filter, the axial valve is in a closed state.
The filter can automatically realize filter flushing and backwashing, and automatic sewage discharge without shutting down, without the need for a bypass.
Since the filter cartridge is integrally fixed on the filter, and the filter is directly installed on the pipe network, no support structure is needed
