Backwash filters for water pipes

The backflush filter is mainly composed of carbon steel shell, stainless steel filter screen and other components. It is mainly used on tap water, steam and oil pipeline networks for media filtration to remove impurities in the media.
Working principle of backflush filter
Normal filtration
The medium enters the outside of the filter screen through the inlet, enters the inside of the filter screen after filtering through the mesh, and enters the pipe network system through the outlet. Impurities and dirt remain on the outside of the filter.
Backwash
Close the upstream valve, open the sewage valve, and change the flow direction of the medium. The medium enters the outside of the filter from the inside of the filter, and the filter is backwashed, so that the impurities and dirt stuck to the outside of the filter are discharged from the sewage outlet along with the medium.
Flush the pipeline
Close the downstream valve and open the sewage valve to flush the pipeline.
