The liquid level gauge is connected by a buoy, a steel wire guide pulley, a weight, a pointer, a display scale, etc. Composed of five parts.
Buoy The buoy is welded with two stainless steel or carbon steel hollow cones and a stainless steel or carbon steel hollow cylinder. Guide rings are welded on both sides of the buoy to guide the liquid. The buoyancy of the level change is transferred to the steel wire, so that the steel wire transfers the liquid level change to the weight pointer to realize on-site indication of the liquid level change.
Connecting steel wire One end of the connecting steel wire hangs the buoy, the other end is connected to the weight pointer, and the middle part is enclosed in the steel pipe.
The guide pulley is designed according to the geometry of the on-site liquid level tank and the installation requirements of the instrument. It is composed of two parts connected to the steel wire guide pulley and the approved pulley shell. Its main function is to connect the steel wire guide and reduce the resistance to system rotation.
The weight pointer is made of steel, with a pointer in the middle. The corresponding scale value pointed by the pointer is the measured liquid level. It moves synchronously with the change of the buoy and the connecting steel belt.

Zero adjustment of the meter

Meter range adjustment

The scale should be perpendicular to the liquid level in the storage tank and should not be tilted. The verticality of the installation of the scale should not be greater than 100 degrees, to avoid causing the weight pointer to get stuck and causing measurement failure.
When welding the scale tripod, try to ensure that the mounting surface is on the same plane and the mounting holes are on the same straight line, that is, ensure that the scale surface of the scale and the guides on both sides of the weight pointer are straight and balanced. It is a straight line, allowing the weight pointer to move up and down flexibly on the scale.
