1. Overview
There are many types of level meters, but they are difficult to apply to dusty silos. Our company has adopted advanced technology and successfully launched a series of resistance-shift level meters, a level control instrument with a novel sealing detection structure.
This series of resistance-shift material level gauges detects powdery, granular, and block materials in open silos and closed silos, and realizes material level alarm and automatic control. The products have achieved very ideal results after long-term operation in steel, refractory, cement, rubber, chemical fiber, electric power and other industries, and are widely used for level measurement in industrial production processes.
The series of resistance-shift material level gauges are electromechanical instruments. The most notable feature is that the detection part is strictly isolated from the instrument operating mechanism. Dust from the silo cannot enter the body. It has good high temperature resistance, dustproof, anti-corrosion, earthquake resistance, Impact resistance and pressure resistance. The instrument has a simple structure and no complicated electrical circuits, making the operation of the level meter extremely reliable. It does not require debugging after installation, is easy to maintain, is not affected by the environment, and can operate continuously for a long time.
The - type is suitable for powdery and granular materials in pressurized silos, and the - type is more superior. It is suitable for installation on the side wall of the silo or on the top of the silo with a measuring range less than one meter.
This type has its unique advantages for detecting block materials in pressureless silos. Because the detection part adopts a steel wire rope and weight structure, it has sufficient strength to resist the impact of block materials and the pulling force when discharging. Suitable for installation on the top of silos with larger measuring ranges.

5. Working principle
- The model adopts a swing transmission system. When the detection plate is blocked, the main shaft is stopped due to the resistance torque, and the motor continues to run, thereby opening the measuring fork. The pressure plate on the fork presses the micro switch to send out a material level signal, and at the same time cuts off the motor power. When the material level drops, the resistance disappears, the shift fork is reset by the spring force, and the instrument returns to the swing state.
The resistance-shift material level meter adopts a pendulum compound transmission system. A weight and a counterweight are symmetrically hung at the end of the swinging spindle. When there is no material, the motor rotates to make the system swing, driving the weight and counterweight to reciprocate up and down with the swing of the spindle. When the weight contacts the material, the weight loses weight. The spring tension overcomes the gravity of the counterweight and makes the main shaft stationary. The motor opens the detection fork, and the micro switch operates to send out a material level signal. If the material clamps the weight and moves downward, it will also The fork can be opened to send out a material level signal. At the same time, the limit seat rests on the bottom plate to limit the continued downward movement of the weight, protecting the inside of the instrument from impact and tension, and cutting off the power supply to the motor at the same time.
-The resistance-shift material level meter adopts a swing transmission system. When the detection board is blocked, the spindle is stationary due to resistance torque, and the motor continues to run to open the measuring fork, causing the switch to cut off the motor power, the motor stops working, and a level alarm signal is sent out after a delay. When the material level drops, the resistance of the detection plate disappears, the shift fork is reset, the motor resumes work, and the instrument is in the detection state again.
