Working Principle
Series RF Admittance Level Controller is composed of electronic circuit and probe. The electronic circuit includes high-frequency oscillator, detection circuit and output circuit. , the probe is composed of a detection pole and a protective sheath. They are insulated from each other and between them and the grounded container. A high-frequency oscillator provides a stable radio frequency voltage and passes it to the detection pole. When the material touches the detection pole When, the unbalanced voltage is output, and after being processed by the demodulator and amplifier, it drives the relay to act.

Three Troubleshooting

Check whether the connection line between the sensing probe rod and the electronic unit is correct
(red is connected to the center rod, white is connected to the protective cover, and black is connected to the ground terminal). Whether the power supply is consistent, whether the wiring is correct, whether the relay connection is correct, whether the short-circuit ring is selected correctly and firmly.
4. Calibration and adjustment test
The instrument has been calibrated according to general conditions when it leaves the factory. It can also be calibrated by itself according to on-site needs.

General calibration steps:
) Make sure the material is under the sensor probe and should be greater than
) Adjust the sensitivity potentiometer counterclockwise to make the indicator light light up (indicator light status Same as relay status).
3) Then rotate the potentiometer clockwise until the indicator light goes out. After the indicator light goes out, rotate it clockwise for another half turn to complete the calibration.

Special calibration steps:
Use this method when the material needs to alarm at a specific location. (The level adjustment range is about 10% for horizontal installation) See the picture. The vertical installation adjustment range depends on the length of the sensing probe (see figure).
) Adjust the sensitivity potentiometer counterclockwise so that the indicator light just lights up

3) Calibration is completed.
Note: When the measurement medium changes, recalibration is required.
