The control display adopts a single-chip microcomputer. 5. Working principle
Heavy hammer type installed on the top of the silo The detection process of the material level gauge is controlled by the signal sent by the control display instrument. The material level meter is composed of a reversible motor, a sensitive lever, etc. When the material level meter receives the detection command: the motor rotates forward, and after deceleration, the winding disk is driven to rotate, the wire rope is lowered, and the weight is lowered from the top of the warehouse. When the weight drops to the material surface, it is lifted up by the material surface and loses weight. The wire rope relaxes, and the return spring pulls the sensitive lever action to close the micro switch contact. The control display (secondary meter) gets the signal and immediately sends the motor to reverse. command, the weight rises and returns. After contacting the top limit switch, the motor stops and the weight returns to the original position on the top of the warehouse, completing a detection process.
During this process, the control display calculates the distance between the weight from the bottom of the bin to the material surface by detecting the number of revolutions of the counting wheel, displays it digitally on the panel, and outputs a current signal on the terminal on the rear panel. .
6. Installation and wiring
.Installation of primary meter
Choose a suitable location to install the material level meter on the top of the silo:
The measurement point should be selected to avoid the feed inlet and the bottom Material port, and try to choose a position that is approximately equal to the same height measurement during the loading and unloading process.
On domed cement and fly ash silos, the installation location should be chosen as the installation location far away from the soot blowing pipe, not in a straight line with the soot blowing pipe, and 3/3 of the radius from the center of the silo roof. It is required that there be no iron frame or other debris under the measuring point to avoid hindering the measurement

7. Working mode and parameter setting
Working mode:
Heavy hammer material The position meter has two working modes: manual measurement and automatic measurement.
Manual method: At any point in time, press the manual hammer throwing button on the control box, and the weight level meter can start measuring and detect the material level in the silo.
Automatic mode: The weight level meter automatically measures according to the preset interval. In order to avoid the overlap of the hammer throwing time and the discharging time, resulting in the phenomenon of buried hammer, it is recommended not to use the automatic method.

⑴, digital display function

For high-level alarm setting: its setting value should be smaller than the measurement range.
Set for low alarm: its setting value should be smaller than the high alarm value.
⑵. Setting key function
Set to set the function selection and the flashing bit to move up by one.
Set r: Add one to display the original setting value and flashing bit.
Setting 3r: Enter data confirmation for each function (when setting the function) and manual measurement (in the measurement state).
Operation instructions:
⑴ Press the setting button, the secondary meter digital display is -, and you need to enter the password.
⑵ Press the setting button to display each digit, and the lowest digit starts to flash.
Press the setting key again, the flashing digit will increase. Press the key multiple times, and the digits will cycle between ~. Select the desired number.
Press the setting key, the flashing bit will move up by one, and the - bit will flash in a circular manner. Press the Set button to select the desired number.
⑶. If the set numbers are correct, press the Set 3 button to confirm.
At this time, it enters the function setting stage. First, the range code is displayed. Press the setting key to cycle through the timing code, high alarm code, low alarm code, and range code.
For example, select the range setting: press the setting key, the digital display will display the original range value, and the lowest digit will start to flash. Follow the method (2) above to set the new range. In the same way, to set other data, repeat the above key sequence to complete all settings.
If no button is pressed within three minutes, it will automatically return to the measurement state and the entered password will disappear. When setting each data, do not set it while the instrument is measuring, otherwise adverse consequences will occur.
8. Operation and Maintenance
First, confirm that the instrument is installed and wired correctly, and then turn on the power. Under normal circumstances, the digital display shows the set range and current. At this time, the detection conditions are met.
, Manual detection
Press the manual hammer detection button to perform a detection. The process is as follows: the motor drives the weight down, and the digital display gradually decreases from the full scale until the weight touches the material surface. , the number no longer decreases, the number at this time is the height of the material surface in the silo, and the weight automatically returns to the top of the silo. The light bar on the instrument panel displays the material height and the percentage of the measuring range, and at the same time outputs the current value corresponding to the measuring range.
, automatic operation
Through the timing time set by the instrument, the weight automatically detects the material level height according to the set time.
Suggestion: Turn off the automatic operation mode when placing materials in the silo.
Equipment Maintenance
In order to ensure the long-term normal operation of the heavy hammer material level meter and it is used in dusty sites, the dust accumulation of the material level meter should be checked regularly and cleaned in time.
, Fault display
The digital display of the instrument indicates that there is a mechanical failure. At this time, the motor has been powered off and the hammer meter needs to be manually checked. First, use a multimeter to check the wiring terminals and check the continuity of the reed switch, then check the continuity of the top switch 3, the bottom switch, the terminals, and check whether the motor is stuck. After the fault is eliminated, the secondary meter is powered on again and the weight returns to normal use.
