Product Overview of Magnetostrictive Liquid Level Sensor
The magnetostrictive liquid level sensor is developed based on the magnetostrictive measurement principle. It can accurately measure the height and temperature of the liquid level interface and has high measurement accuracy, stability, reliability and anti-interference installation. It is convenient, fast and free of regular maintenance and calibration. It is suitable for accurate measurement of various liquid levels and interfaces in hydrology, water conservancy, water resources, petrochemical power, biological preparations, grain and oil brewing and other industries.
When the magnetostrictive liquid level sensor works, the signal detection unit sends out an interrogation current pulse, which generates a circular pulse magnetic field along the waveguide wire. The outer tube of the sensor is equipped with a float, which floats on the changing liquid level and moves up and down. Since the float is equipped with a set of permanent magnets, the float generates a magnetic field at the same time. When the interrogating current pulse magnetic field interacts with the float magnetic field, a twist pulse or return pulse is generated. The return pulse is transmitted upward along the waveguide wire and transmitted to the pickup. Based on the time difference between the return pulse and the interrogation current pulse, the actual position of the float is calculated, so that the liquid level can be accurately measured. The products are widely used in the monitoring, alarm and control of physical parameters such as liquid level, temperature, density, interface conditions, etc. in industrial process control, petroleum processing, pharmaceutical food processing, water treatment, gas station underground inventory, and other fields.
