Features:
Silicone primer can also be called silicone adhesive. It is mainly used to bond different materials between silicone rubber and other materials such as double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive paper. The material uses different adhesives, which is a mixed solution of reactive siloxane and isoalkane of silicone resin. When exposed to the air at normal temperature or in a heated environment, after the solvent evaporates, a layer of silicone film is formed, which is firmly adhered. It is connected to the surface of the base material to facilitate the bonding of metal or plastic with silicone. It improves the binding force and the catalyst-cured silicone coating on the surface will make the double-sided adhesive layer firmly bond to the surface.

How to use:

Clean up oil, sewage, impurities, etc. on the surface of silicone (silicon) rubber products that need to be bonded.


Apply
to the surface that needs to be bonded with silicone (silicone) rubber products. Generally, one or two coats of spraying or manual brushing can be applied at room temperature. Leave to dry for minutes.

Bond the pressure-sensitive adhesive paper such as double-sided tape to the product that has been coated with
silicone (silicone) rubber, and press the adhesive contact surface with appropriate force.

It can be glued together after being left for about an hour, and the practical strength will reach its maximum strength after an hour.
Notes:
This product contains organic solvents and should be kept in a cool and dry place. Must be stored as flammable items, pay attention to ventilation and prevent exposure to open flames when using.
After using the primer, the lid should be opened and closed to avoid deliquescence after solvent evaporation and moisture infiltration.
After use, the glue application tool can be immersed in solvent for cleaning.
The effective storage and shelf life of this product is one year. After the shelf life, it can still be used if it passes the inspection.
