Design Features
The new generation adsorption dryer combines the advantages of pressure swing adsorption and temperature swing adsorption. It is adsorbed at normal temperature and high steam partial pressure and analyzed at higher temperature and low steam partial pressure. That is, the moisture adsorbed by the adsorbent during the adsorption process is in The regeneration process relies on the combined action of two mechanisms: thermal diffusion of high-quality regeneration gas and low partial pressure to achieve complete removal.

The adsorbed humid air enters the drying tank from the lower piping system through the valve, flows through the adsorbent bed from bottom to top, and the dried air is discharged from the upper piping system.

Regeneration/cooling A small amount of dry air passes through the regeneration gas regulating valve in the upper piping system to decompress it and then enters the heater to heat this part of the hot air into the drying tank. The adsorbent in the tank is analyzed and regenerated to restore the drying capacity of the adsorbent. The regeneration gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the lower piping valve and silencer.

After the regeneration of the pressure-equalizing adsorbent is completed, the valve closes and the drying tank gradually increases the pressure to the online working pressure and switches accurately.

Switch the piping system valve to open the valve and close the valve to open the two drying tanks to complete the switching tank and enter the adsorption tank for pressure relief and regeneration. The working sequence, working time and heating temperature are automatically controlled by the controller.
