Product Details

一、概述

德美公司产品是由地衣芽胞杆菌经深层发酵提炼而成的固体酶制剂，能将大分子蛋白质水解成游离的氨基酸等产物。广泛应用于干素钠、软骨素、丝绸脱胶、皮革脱毛、加酶洗涤剂等行业。

二、 作用条件

最适温度：40-50℃ 最适pH：9-12

三、 产品性状及储存

本品为粉状物，85%过40目筛，水分8%以下，2kg或20kg、30kg塑料袋包装。

酶活力为10万单位/g以上，本品宜放在阴凉干燥处，6个月酶活力保存率85%以上。

四、 执行标准

符合中华人民共和国QB1805-93标准。.

五、 参考用量及使用方法

1、用于干素钠：

（1）前期加盐、加碱、与盐解相同；

（2）低温升至56℃，保温1小时；

（3）加酶（按7%）量加；

（4） 1根小肠用10万单位酶粉2g

（5）加酶后半小时升温至60℃；

（6）保温4-6小时；

（7）升高温80℃过滤；

（8）过滤后冷却至60℃加树脂；

（9）不同盐解步骤。

2、用于软骨素：

（1）用水将酶调和均匀后，搅拌下加入；

（2）整个酶解过程加入0.6-1%（按原料量计）的酶，分两次加入，前2/3时间加总需酶量的60-70%，后1/3时间加入30-40%；

（3）酶解条件：温度： 45-50℃ PH ：8.9

时间： 5-8小时，每半小时温和搅拌一次。

（4）可以根据所用原料的优劣及实际生产条件适当调整酶用量和酶解条件。

3、用于丝绸脱胶：

预处理-脱水-酸处理-（蛋白酶18-24U/ml，肥皂0.75%，48-50℃，30-60分钟，PH 7-8）-脱水-扯皮-冲洗-脱水-抖松-烘干-抖松。

4、用于皮革脱毛：

原料皮-水洗-脱脂-碱膨胀-拔毛-剖层-脱碱-酶脱毛-水洗-浸酸-鞣制

酶脱毛具有简化生产工序，缩短周期，提高成品质量，增加得革率，降低生产成本，改变劳动成本与环境卫生，变污水为肥等优点。

六、颗粒酶

颗粒酶是由2709碱性蛋白酶加工而成，主要添加于洗涤剂酶中制成酶洗涤剂。具有较强的去污能力，延长织物寿命，洗涤时间短的优点，对衣服上的汗渍，油渍，血渍等有明显的去污效果。

七、 储存及运输

济南德美生物技术有限公司产品是一种活性物质，应置于阴凉、干燥之处，避免强光、强热、潮湿，以免损失活力，运输过程中应避免暴晒、雨淋，轻装轻放。保质期一年。
