Installation method of Taiwan Jusheng precision reducer:
Apply a little anti-rust oil to the motor output Shaft, flange
If there is a shaft sleeve, when placing it into the input shaft of the Jusheng servo precision reducer, pay attention that the groove on the sleeve must be aligned with the groove on the input shaft of the deceleration.
Place the motor to be installed on the platform with the motor output axis upward, then secure the motor and remove the key.
Align the groove on the input shaft of the low backlash servo precision reducer with the key groove on the motor and slowly slide it in.
Lock the fixing screw on the input shaft of the Jusheng precision reducer with the first torque.
Tighten the fixing screws of the motor and reducer.
Increase the torque evenly and gradually (three times) to tighten the fixing screws on both sides of the input shaft of the servo precision reducer.
Please do not hit the output shaft of the reducer with gravity to avoid damaging the internal mechanism of the reducer.
