YMD-I type low pressure injection pulse bag dust collector

The main structure of the Type I low-pressure injection pulse bag/dust collector is the same as that of the Type I dust collector. Its main feature is to adopt a single-diaphragm straight-through pulse valve, increase the diameter of the injection pipe, and replace the traditional injection hole with a nozzle, thereby reducing the injection pressure.
Type I low-pressure injection pulse bag dust collector is sealed with soft gaskets and pressed tightly with wedge pins between the filter bag and the orifice plate. The top cover is also pressed down with wedge pins and can be easily opened. There is a soft connection between the blow pipe and the pressure-stabilized air bag. When changing the bag, it can be erected. The filter bag, together with the ejector and bag cage, can be pulled out upwards and replaced outside the bag dust collector.
Using the upper air inlet method, the dust-containing gas enters from the upper part of the middle box, is guided to the top of the filter bag by the baffle, and then flows to the dust removal filter bag.
