Machine Principle

Machine maintenance and precautions
The lubrication system must maintain good lubrication of each transmission part. The gears exposed outside the machine box must be regularly lubricated and the bearings of each part must be lubricated. Inject grease into the screw propeller tail pressure bearing every month in conjunction with maintenance. Inject grease into the tail pressure bearing once a day. Please change the oil in the reducer of the body box every three months. The system is started directly by a single-phase switch. Equipped with external power supply wiring and voltmeter.

Installation, adjustment and operation of the machine
Before installation, parts in contact with food should be cleaned, decontaminated and oiled.
It comes with a hook plate for installation and adjustment, a cleaning shovel, an oil gun, and you need to bring your own wrenches, screwdrivers and other tools.
Turn on the ground wire of the power supply box for trial operation to prevent electric shock accidents. Start the machine to run dry. Check whether the machine's running direction is forward. The rotation mark of the screw propeller is the standard. Remember to run in the opposite direction. Before dry operation, move the propeller to the rear end to avoid friction between the propeller and the cover to prevent parts from being worn. Cut the mixed noodles into long strips and put the noodles into the noodle hopper to check whether the noodles come out of the forming mouth and whether they are smooth and hot. Check whether the molding die is tightened. When turning the pulley by hand, the stress is even and there is no obvious sticking phenomenon before installing the guard
