Two-component, inorganic aluminosilicate material, the cured product is off-white. The socket has high strength, heat resistance up to ℃, good high temperature insulation, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, not boiling water resistance, and linear expansion coefficient similar to that of ceramics.
Two application fields
Suitable for coating and potting of high temperature instruments, sensors, thermocouples and other temperature resistant components, and high temperature bonding of metal and ceramic materials.

Four curing procedures
Weigh the two components according to the solid-liquid ratio and mix them evenly.
Apply the mixed glue to the parts to be bonded for bonding.
After sticking, place it at room temperature for ~ hours
Then heat to ℃ and keep at constant temperature for hours.
Then heat to ℃ and keep at constant temperature for another hour.
Finally, cool slowly.
Five usage methods
Design and process the bonding and sealing joint surface, and the joint design is best to use socket and groove connection.
Roughen the surface to be bonded and remove rust and dirt.
When preparing glue, weigh the two components of solid and liquid in proportion, mix and mix thoroughly to form a flowable paste, and use it up
after each glue mixing.
Gluing and curing: Apply or pour the mixed glue to the parts to be bonded and sealed, and pressurize to solidify.
