Three usage methods
Design and process the bonding and sealing joint surface.
Roughen the surface to be bonded and remove rust and dirt.
When preparing glue, weigh the two components of solid and liquid in proportion, mix and mix thoroughly to form a flowable paste, and use it after each glue mixing.
Gluing and curing: Apply or pour the mixed glue to the parts to be bonded and sealed, and pressurize to solidify.
Four Curing Procedures
Weigh the two components according to the solid-liquid weight ratio and mix them evenly.
Apply the mixed glue to the parts to be bonded for bonding.
After gluing, place it at room temperature for an hour.
Then heat to ℃~℃ and keep at constant temperature for 1 hour.
Finally, cool slowly.
