[Scope of application]
Pasting of various tiles and boards for waterproofing and impermeability decoration projects on interior and exterior walls, floors, basements, swimming pools, toilet baths, storage pools, etc. Products are divided into type I and type II according to their physical and mechanical properties. Type I is mainly used for waterproofing and pasting of moisture-proof layers and decorative tiles and decorative panels with waterproofing requirements. Type II is mainly used for waterproofing and impermeability of various types of buildings and facilities.
[Construction Method]
Base layer requirements:
The base layer must be flat and solid. If there are cracks, honeycombs and other defects, they should be repaired first and meet the design requirements.
The base layer must be clean. Floating dust, dirt, oil stains, etc. on the base surface should be cleaned before construction.
Preparation of mortar:
3. When using, add ~3kg of water for every 100kg of dry cement powder. No additives are needed. Stir evenly into a thick paste manually or mechanically. There must be no Pasta dough. After leaving it for 1 minute, mix it and use it. The mixed clay should be used up within 3 minutes to avoid waste due to hardening and agglomeration.
[Engineering Application]
Used for waterproofing (interface layer, waterproof layer) of toilet, kitchen and bathroom wall floors and exterior walls.
Interface layer: Apply a little on the cleaned and kept moist base layer. Apply a layer of clay mortar vigorously as the interface layer, with a thickness of -1. When scraping, it should be fully spread and squeezed tightly.
Waterproof layer: After the interface layer is scraped, a layer of Yiguang mortar should be scraped on its surface as a waterproof layer before it is initially set. The thickness is about 100%. When scraping, it should be fully spread, dense, and the moisture-proof layer should be scraped. The direction should be consistent with the interface layer. The moisture-proof layer should be cured after it is finally set. Usually, it should be done when the surface of the moisture-proof layer is white and lacks water. You can lightly sprinkle water with a shower head, several times a day, morning and evening. The curing period does not extend when the waterproof layer is exposed. Less than 3 days. If there is a protective layer or various finishes on the surface, the curing period shall not be less than 3 days.
Used for waterproof bonding (adhesive layer) of various facing tiles
Single brick pasting: When pasting facing tiles, use a toothed comb iron trowel to scrape the cleaned base layer or the back of the brick. A layer of Yiguang mortar is used as the bonding layer, with a thickness of about 100%. Paste it from top to bottom or bottom to top according to elastic lines or hanging lines. After the bonding layer is finally set, use caulking mud to seal the joints.
Double-sided coating: When the facing has waterproof requirements, the double-sided coating method can be used. That is to say, scrape and apply a layer of Yiguang mortar on the base layer with a thickness of approximately 100%, and at the same time, scrape and apply a layer of Yiyiguang mortar with a thickness of approximately 10% on the back of the tiles for pasting. After the adhesive layer is finally set, use caulking mud to seal the joints.
The ash on the facing bricks should be cleaned up before final setting to avoid difficulty in cleaning up after drying and contaminating the brick surface.
【Notes】
It is prohibited to construct in rainy environment.
After the ground construction is completed, walking is prohibited within hours.
3. The suitable construction temperature is between ℃ and 3℃.
.The back side of stone slabs such as granite and marble should be roughened. Do not use Yiguang on the surface of stone (such as metal) that does not absorb water or vibrate.
.It is not suitable to add other items such as cement to this product.
