Instructions and precautions
Mix the carbon fiber impregnated glue component A and component B in the proportion, and stir Ready to use evenly.

Construction instructions for bonded carbon fiber reinforcement
Construction conditions:
The construction surface should be clean and dry.
The construction temperature should be greater than ℃ and less than ℃
Open construction on rainy days is strictly prohibited.
Construction is not allowed where the relative temperature is greater than or where the concrete surface is exposed.
Construction technology:
Requirements for base layer: The bonding surface must be flat, solid, and free of impurities. The repair glue has hardened and the surface is dry without dew, frost, etc.
Glue adjustment: Calculate the dosage according to the bonding area, accurately weigh components A and B, and mix thoroughly in a clean container. The prepared glue should be used up within the pot life.
Apply primer: Apply the carbon fiber primer that is evenly mixed in proportion to the concrete base. The concrete surface should be full of glue. After hardening, proceed to the next process.
Pasting carbon fiber:
①Use a hard-bristled brush to evenly apply the prepared impregnating glue to the bonding surface. The amount of glue must be sufficient
and full. The amount of painting is about -/.
② Paste the cut carbon fiber cloth on the concrete adhesive surface, and use a hard rubber stick or plastic scraper to roll it back and forth to make the carbon fiber straight and extend, and the adhesive to fully penetrate. The length of the carbon fiber cloth's upward joint should be -mm.
③ Apply part of the adhesive on the surface of the carbon fiber, and continue to scrape and roll it back and forth to drive out the air bubbles and evenly cover the carbon fiber cloth with the adhesive. The amount of painting is approximately /㎡.
④ Let it sit for an hour until it is finger dry, and repeatedly press it to eliminate bubbles and imperfect bonding that may be caused by floating or staggered carbon fibers.
⑤Multiple layers of sticky, you can repeat the above operation.
⑥After the adhesive is cured, apply another layer of glue on the surface of the carbon fiber being pasted.
Notes:
When dispensing glue, it should be done in a properly ventilated environment.
Operators should use safety glasses and wear protective masks.
Outdoor construction is not allowed in rainy days, frost and fog weather.
Carbon fiber is a conductive fiber. Therefore, it must be kept away from the power source during construction operations to avoid electric shock accidents. When constructing outdoors near live objects (wires, etc.), if the wind is strong, the construction should be stopped to prevent the carbon fiber cloth from being blown up by the wind and contacting the conductive objects and causing an accident.
The fiber direction of carbon fiber cloth is unidirectional, and various indicators such as unit weight, thickness, tensile strength, elastic modulus, etc. must meet relevant requirements.
