Plant form: perennial herb. Stems solitary, bifurcated. The basal leaves are pinnately divided, the final lobes are lanceolate, and the petioles are long. The terminal leaves are simplified and have expanded leaf sheaths. The compound umbel has no involucres, few umbrellas, small involucres, pedicels, and yellow flowers. The double-hanging fruit is oblong, broadly ovate, flat, with winged lateral edges. The flowering period is ~ 2 months, and the fruiting period is ~ 3 months.
Grown in grasslands and dry hillsides. Mainly produced in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia and Hebei.
